Who we are
Qonsort Limited is a company registered in England and Wales, number 03830104, with its registered office at 56 St Williams Way, Norwich, NR7 0AP.
We are responsible for the information you give us through this website. The quickest way to reach us is contact@qonsort.com.
What you send us
Our enquiry form asks for your name, your email address, your organisation (optional) and your message. We do not add you to a marketing list, and there is no pre-ticked consent box.
Where your message goes
Your message is delivered to our own mailbox. Our website hosting and message delivery are provided by Lovable, and the message arrives as an email from Qonsort <noreply@notify.qonsort.com> with your own address set as the reply-to, so a reply goes straight back to you.
We do not keep enquiries in a database. The message exists as the email in our mailbox.
Why we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to read and answer the enquiry you chose to send. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — replying to people who have asked us something. If we go on to work together, we keep the records that engagement needs.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as they are useful and delete them when they are no longer needed. This is something we do deliberately rather than a schedule that runs by itself, so if you would like yours removed sooner, ask and we will do it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it in a particular way. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
Tell us at contact@qonsort.com and we will handle it.
Cookies and visitor measurement
This is a simple site and we do not place our own advertising cookies. Three things do happen, and we would rather set them out plainly:
- Typefaces. The page loads its fonts from Google (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so Google receives your IP address when a page opens.
- Site operation. Our hosting sets two short-lived technical cookies, __dpl (about 24 hours) and __cf_bm (about 30 minutes), used to keep the site working and to protect it from abuse.
- Visitor measurement. Lovable's built-in measurement runs on the published site and records basic page activity, such as which pages are visited.
We will update this notice if any of that changes.
Keeping it secure
Messages travel over an encrypted connection. The form checks that requests come from this site, limits message length and includes a hidden field that catches automated spam. Access to the mailbox is limited to the people who need it.
Outside the UK
Some of the services above run servers outside the UK. Where that happens, the provider is responsible for the safeguards that apply.
